Old building, Modern additions

The original building was carefully restored, with complementary modern extensions to the roof and rear.

Original brickwork to the external walls was exposed where possible, as a contrast to the smooth plaster and glass finishes of the modern partitions

A frameless black glass roof extension provides an exciting roof terrace for social events.

Shared and Breakout Spaces

Wider areas of access corridors to each floor have spaces for informal meetings.

The basement has been transformed from a dark, damp space to a bright and welcoming business lounge, accessed directly from reception.

The reception has views into the boardroom and down to the basement across a lightwell, which was introduced to give the basement some natural light

Attention to Detail

Original stonework was carefully stitched together and repointed using heritage approved mortar.

A new modern entrance was fitted within the original loading bay opening.

The boardroom has an internal window projecting out into the lightwell, giving visual dynamism.
